A total of 5.272 million kilowatts of electric power, 101.67 million tons of coal, 13.78 million tons of iron making, 17.06 million tons of steel making, 5 tons of coke, and 1.27 million tons of ferroalloy, 100000 tons of calcium carbide, 362000 tons of electrolytic aluminum, 79000 tons of copper smelting, 493000 tons of lead smelting, 49.74 million tons of cement (clinker and grinding capacity), 14.29 million weight boxes of flat glass, 1.67 million tons of paper making 2.6 million standard sheets of leather, 1.21 billion meters of printing and dyeing, and 7.91 million kilovolt ampere hours of lead-acid batteries (plates and assembly) (see the annex for details). All provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps have completed the target task of eliminating backward and excess capacity in 2015
